***Please only respond when you can start renting from July 1st 2023*** This room, with direct access to a nice balcony is located at the back of an apartment, located on the 1st floor of a porch on the Soestdijksekade, less then 100 meters from the famous 'Zuiderpark', a large natural park within the city, and close to the city center as well. The room is limited in size, but we managed to make it really effective. For example, it has a bed that is basically a double bed, but can be retracted to become a single bed and create extra space. The tenant has his or her own large wardrobe and under the bed are two large drawers, and in the connected corridor is a large closet that is assigned to this tenant! The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, gas stove and combi oven. The apartment is shared with up to 3 other students, both males and females. In this apartment only open minded people are accepted and people from any race, religion, sexual preference or sexual identity are welcome. Internet is included, the contracts for utilities are provided by the residents themselves...
